How cheap is the address? If the address is obtained for
about $200, then it's a giveaway as a virtual office.
Who is signing the invoices for the Panama company? Does
this person really exist in Panama and is this person representing the
corporation?
Does the Panama company have a phone number? Is it
answered by a live receptionist?
Are you receiving the physical correspondence outside of Panama?

Does the corporation in Panama have an employee or a warehouse? We

presence in a jurisdiction known for international trade and shipping.
Don't deceive yourself that abusive transfer pricing techniques will
protect you.

you. The hostile spouse reports you to the tax authorities.
THINK THIS THROUGH. DON'T COMMIT TO A
CHEAP VIRTUAL OFFICE OR MAIL FORWARDING ADDRESS THAT MAY HARM YOU.
